Computer Club for Girls started in September 2008. It is a weekly club for junior girls of all IT abilities in Ballyclare High. The club was formed to encourage young girls to build on their ICT skills and gain confidence in general when using computers. With the support of senior girls, pupils get to experience the use of new software and programs, for example, Photoshop, MS FrontPage. Each year the programme is different to meet the wishes of the members. Over the past few years, the girls have taken part in competitions and presented the club on Open night.
