Facilities
The department comprises 4 normal sized laboratories (116, 117, 119, 120, each approximately 81m2), 1 small teaching room/laboratory (118), an annex to Rm120 (the green room used for Sixth Form Tutorial and staff preparation), a small chemicals store and a preparation room that includes some separate chemical storage. All teaching rooms are equipped with Interactive White Boards and data projection facilities. Computers are placed in all teaching rooms and the whole department and has WiFi access with networked printers linked into the school network and the Internet.
