‘All About Me’ Questionnaire
New Year 8 ‘all about me’ activity
Dear Year 8,
We are keen to get to know you a little better before you join us at Ballyclare High School in September. Given the current circumstances, we were not able to have you in for an induction evening in June and so we would like you to download and complete the ‘all about me’ activity instead. Once we receive it, we will share it with your new Form Tutor to give them the opportunity to learn some interesting facts about you before they meet you in person!
We would like to know a few of your favourite things, your hobbies etc. – the first page will be joined with others in your new Form Class to make some bunting. The second page is more of a questionnaire where you can share some of your hopes and fears about starting a new school.
We would also love you to send us a picture of yourself so that we can put a face to the name. Please be assured that we are not going to ‘mark’ this piece of work; we just want to get to know you as best we can!
Can you please send your completed ‘all about me’ bunting and questionnaire by post to our school office by Monday 10th August 2020 (marked FAO Miss McKinty / Mrs Wallace, 31 Rashee Rd, Ballyclare, BT39 9HJ.)
