Year 8 Rugby

A select group from Ballyclare High School joined 7 other schools in a rugby blitz with a twist. When match points are available for waist tackles, offloads and successful turnovers not just for a try. Great fun and lots of peer reflection on how they played rather than the score as the outcome. Super to see!

 

Later in the afternoon another select group played Vs Ballyclare Secondary at home. Photo above is a select from that played vs Ballyclare Secondary that had no score kept but it was a clear draw!! Rugby was the winner and the community of Ballyclare!
