Wednesday 24th January 2018 – Careers Convention

Dear Parent/Guardian of Year 10/12/13 pupil,

Wednesday 24th January 2018 sees our 9th annual Careers Convention in conjunction with Ballyclare Secondary School. This year Ballyclare High School is hosting this event.

This unique evening is open to all of our Year 10, Year 12 and Year 13 pupils, together with their parents.
The intended programme for the evening is as follows:

Year 10 Parents and Pupils 6.00 pm – 7.30 pm*
Year 12 & 13 Parents and Pupils 7.30 pm – 9.00 pm*
*please attend at the alternative time if that suits better.

The aim of the event is to afford your son or daughter the opportunity to attend talks from a variety of professionals, as well as visit displays and exhibitions offering information on a wide selection of routes to future study, employment and success. We invite pupils and parents to attend the evening and make the most of this excellent opportunity to start thinking about the future. A list of speakers and information stands will be forwarded in the next few days and posted on the School’s website.

Car parking is available on the evening at both Ballyclare High School and Ballyclare Secondary School. Pupils must wear school uniform.

Monday 12th February at 7.00pm Year 10 Subject Choice Information Evening for parents & pupils
