Kathryn Coombes became an Ulster Champion again and set a new record again in the shot. Caleb McCarty took his first Ulster title in the minor shot.

Back to the track and Matthew Steele took bronze in the 400mHurdles after his 4th place finish in the 100mHurdles. Jessica Hunter had an exciting but nerve racking time in the high jump to claim silver. Matthew McCullough and Hannah Petrie both claimed silver in the discus.
