We are delighted to introduce our SistersIN participants and their mentors for 2024-25. The SistersIN programme is a mentorship initiative designed to empower young women, supporting them in building confidence, leadership skills, and career aspirations. By connecting female pupils in schools with mentors from diverse professional backgrounds, SistersIN fosters personal development and provides our pupils with real-world insights into career paths, helping them broaden their horizons and set ambitious goals. The programme emphasises networking, resilience, and self-belief, aiming to reduce barriers and inspire our young women to pursue their full potential in various fields.
