After School Table Tennis Club Fundraiser
Dear Parents
Happy New Year!
As you will know from your son / daughter the After School Table Tennis Club is proving to be a very popular Club to be involved in this year. With your help, and following approval from School, I would like to do some fundraising to buy another table tennis table and increase the opportunity for the kids to get more playing time during the After School Club.
I have organised to run two Afternoon Tea events in a wonderful little venue just outside of Antrim (Countrycake Designs, 38 Crosskennan Road, Antrim BT41 2RB). The date is Saturday 3rd February 2018, one at 11.00am, and the second at 2.30pm. The venue can hold 40 people, which means that to maximise our fundraising efforts we need to sell 80 tickets – 40 for the morning serving and 40 for the afternoon serving.
This is where I need your help J
Attached are 4 tickets for the Afternoon Tea which I would love if you would invite your friends and family to. Cost per ticket is £14. Please confirm to me if you are able to come to the morning or afternoon serving and how many tickets you will need (don’t worry if you can’t ‘sell’ all 4, but if you can that would be fabulous, and if you need more, just let me know). Availability for each session will be on a first come basis.
To make this as easy as possible, I have set up a paypal account (which you can pay the ticket fee to) and an email address, or you can message me on my mobile (07921290696). If you don’t have Paypal, don’t worry, you can pay on the day (but I need to know beforehand that you are coming so I can allocate you seats – morning or afternoon so please do get in touch).
Paypal – ballyclarehightabletennis@gmail.com Please select the “friends and family” option when sending your payment (to avoid us having to pay paypal fees), and put your name, no of tickets and whether AM or PM serving as the reference when sending.
My last ask…. if at all possible, please would you consider donating a small raffle prize for a raffle which we will do at the Afternoon Tea – the perfect opportunity to find a new home for any unwanted Christmas gifts which you have J. Please just bring this with you on the day.
