‘Recycle your uniforms’

By Ballyclare High School on 31 May, 2019

Christian care for body and soul

An opportunity has arisen with the support of Blythswood for our parents to recycle uniforms. Blythswood will offer these back to any family free of charge. (2 uniforms per family).

Blythswood would be delighted to receive the uniforms into the shop in Ballyclare –

93 Templepatrick Rd, Ballyclare BT39 9RQ (beside the Milestone petrol station).

This will also be the distribution point.

Dr Rainey, principal, said “School has worked in partnership with Blythswood for many years now and we encourage you to support this recent initiative. We teach our children to lend a helping hand to others and given the cost of new uniforms and the cost to the environment when we don’t recycle, I’m sure this helping hand will be welcomed by many.”

“Blythswood Ireland are delighted to be partnering with Ballyclare High school with a project that involves the re-use of pre-loved uniforms. We intend to make the uniforms available in time for the school starting in September. Please check our website and Facebook page for further details.”
