Fairtrade Baking Competition

Year 9s have been involved in the ‘Great Ballyclare Bake Off’ using some Fairtrade products. My goodness there were lots of Star Bakers which meant it has been very difficult for Year 9 staff to judge the winners, as they all were so good. Ms Smith Head of Year commented that not only was the standard so high but her tummy has been rumbling the whole time. After much deliberation the winners were deemed to be Adam Rodgers and Gracie Smyth. Huge congratulations to you for both your stunning cakes and catchy names. Well done everyone and it has been lovely to try new things over the last few weeks.
