Disruption to SIMS Parent App service

We’ve just heard from C2k/SIMS that there is a problem logging on to the Apple phone app for the Parent App. It only happens on some devices, it may be ones that have been updated with Apple’s iOS update from last week. They should fix it in the next few days but parents are advised to use the browser on their phone in the meantime – go to www.sims-parent.co.uk and use the procedure detailed on page 4 of the instructions.
