Cross Country District Championships

Congratulations to all cross country runners who competed at the District Championships at Thornhill College, Londonderry on 31^st of January. The course was covered in thick snow, temperatures were freezing and all runners met these challenges with determination. Well done to all! 12 runners have qualified for the Ulster Championships on Wednesday 13^th of February. The year 8 girls team placed 2^nd (Ruby Gray, Rebecca Smyth, Neeve Irvine, Grace Cowden, Grace McAllister and Sophie McCourt). Tom Fleming (year 8) placed 2^nd place; Bradie Hogg (year 10) placed 13^th; Neil McCrea (year 10) placed 6^th; Olivia Boyd (year 11) placed 5^th; Isaac McCollum (year 14) placed 2^nd and Ross Blackbourne (year 13) placed 10^th.
