Congratulations again to pupil Zara Craig whose work has been selected to be part of and indeed be the image of The Education Authority Autism Advisory and Intervention Service Art Exhibition.
The theme of the exhibition is What Autism means to me: Creative Voices and the exhibition features over 100 pieces of artwork from autistic pupils from post-primary schools throughout N. Ireland. The aim of the exhibition is to learn more about autism from the young people themselves and celebrate the forthcoming Autism Awareness Month and Zara has more than one piece being showcased.
The exhibition is initially open for viewing in Burnavon Theatre, Cookstown from Thursday 17 March – Saturday 2 April 2022. It will then be moving to the Island Arts Centre, Lisburn from 9 -30 April 2022. This exhibition is free of charge.
