Colmar exchange

By Ballyclare High School on 5 December, 2018

The French teachers and students spent some time in class with their hosts and gave informative and insightful presentations on Colmar and the Alsace region.

During their busy programme they visited the North Coast, Titanic Belfast, the Somme Heritage Centre, Parliament Buildings at Stormont and Belfast City Hall. They also received a very warm welcome and reception in Mossley Mill given by the Mayor of Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council, Councillor Paul Michael.

Preparations are now under way for the return trip next year which will see the two schools celebrate the 25th anniversary of the exchange.

Vive l’échange!
