Bar Mock Trial

Congratulations to the Bar Mock Trial team for attaining joint-second in the competition at the Royal Courts of Justice on Saturday.  Last year’s winning team, Banbridge Academy were also second in the competition. The Ballyclare High School team once more benefitted from the excellent advice and mentorship of barrister Lee Brown, a past pupil and current  parent.  The eminent criminal barrister, Barry Gibson also coached the team this year, to the thrill and delight of all involved. Both barristers spent Saturday in court with us. The team won all of their cases and proved excellent ambassadors for their communities, school and families. Their performances were truly outstanding and we are very proud of them.
