Staff and governors at Ballyclare High School have congratulated Sixth Form pupils as they celebrate an exceptional A Level results’ day, continuing the school’s proud tradition of academic excellence. An impressive 83% of pupils have recorded three or more A*-C grades, reflecting the high academic standards and supportive learning environment at Ballyclare High. Furthermore, A*/A grades account for 38% of all results, with 32 pupils achieving at least 3 A*/A grades. Scores across all key indicators are encouraging given that grades have been standardised to 2019 levels across the province.

Principal Dr Michelle Rainey expressed immense pride in the accomplishments of this year’s cohort, stating, “We are incredibly proud of all our pupils for their exceptional results. These outcomes are a testament to their perseverance, talent, and hard work. I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to our dedicated staff, whose unwavering commitment to our pupils’ success has been instrumental. The support from parents has also been crucial in helping our pupils reach these heights. Today is a celebration of our entire school community, and I couldn’t be more delighted with what we have achieved together.”

“The results distributed today showcase the hard work, resilience, and dedication of our pupils who have excelled despite the challenges of recent years. We take great pride in our school community, where our teaching and support staff are devoted to nurturing future generations of learners, ensuring they are well-prepared for the next stages of their academic and professional journeys.”
