Match Report: Saturday 14th September v Omagh

It was a successful morning all round for the Ballyclare girls this Saturday.
The 1st XI beat Omagh 1-0 in their Super-league fixture, with Megan Cochrane scoring the only goal and Nell Campbell player of the match.
Doubling that goal tally, the 2AXI won 2-0 in their game. An Omagh own goal saw them 1-0 up at half time, while Jen Lamont scored in the second half for the 2-0 result. Leah Baird was player of the match.
Five unanswered goals saw the 2BXI secure their victory, with Sally Robinson (2), Katie McCullough (2), and Jessica Hunter all finding themselves on the score-sheet.
The 3rdXI also won 5-0, with goals from Emily Green, Holly Conn, Rebecca Parke and Rachel Neill (2). Rachel Neill was also player of the match.
It was a 4-1 win for the U14A team in their game, with the first goal scored by Katie Ireland and a hat trick from Katie-Anna Weatherup claiming the other three, as well as a deserved player of the match.
Playing Drumagh Integrated, the U14B team competed in an evenly matched 0-0 draw with some opportunities presented but not taken. Ellie Gould was player of the match.
Not to be outdone by the 2BXI and 3rdXI, the U13A team scored six goals with no reply in their win. The first goal was from Evie McCullagh, with the others following from Cally McWhirter (2), Grace McAllister (2) and Katie Graham – who was also player of the match.
A convincing 4-0 win for the U13B team saw goals from Ruth McAuley in the first half and Anna McBride and Evie Moore (2) in the second half. Evie was also player of the match.
